To know how a roller flour mill works, you need to understand the following steps:
1. Cleaning and conditioning of wheat:First, the wheat is cleaned to remove dust, dirt, and other impurities.Then, the wheat is conditioned, which softens its husk and makes it easier to grind.
2. Milling:The conditioned wheat is fed into a roller mill.In a roller mill, the wheat is passed between two or more rollers that rotate.The gap between the rollers is adjusted so that the wheat can be ground into fine flour.
3. Sifting and separating:The milled flour is passed through a sifter.Using the sifter, the flour is separated into its different components, such as maida, semolina, and bran.  4.
